REFUND POLICY:
Due to fluctuating manufacturer costs, prices may change without notice.
All claims for returns and refunds of blank and unprinted products or defective products must be reported within seven calendar days upon receipt of such products. Please, inspect your order thoroughly immediately upon arrival. To create a ticket please email [email protected] and send pictures of the defected items, order tracking number, and order number. Please open one ticket only and provide us with all the necessary information (e.g., incorrect item, poor imprint, shortage, broken items etc.). Attach digital images depicting the issue at hand and upload group images if the problem extends to more than one item. Fyre Marketing will require visual of all affected items and will either find a prompt resolution or contact you in the event additional information is required.
Customized items are not eligible for returns. Fyre marketing’s return and refund policy applies to blank and unprinted items or damaged items only. A refund will be processed upon review and acceptance of your claim. Customers will be held responsible for return freight costs.
If you are not satisfied with your order due to misprints or product related issues that are within the control of Fyre Marketing, our policy is to produce replacement products or refund the order at our sole discretion. All replacement products will ship via FedEx Ground or other LTL Freight companies. Customers will be responsible for additional expedited shipping charges.
* FYRE MARKETING will not make changes to the product, logo/artwork, or imprint color when producing a replacement product without our prior approval.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping terms are FOB Carrier. Under these terms, title and risk of loss of the goods passes to the buyer once we provide them to the carrier.
All shipments leaving our factory are inspected and signed for by the carrier. Most orders are shipped via FedEx or LTL Freight, depending on the destination and weight/size of the shipment. LTL Freight offers curbside delivery only. If you require inside delivery, please contact our Sales Department prior to placing your order. To ensure protection against breakage, we repackage FedEx shipments into larger cartons and all LTL Freight shipments are palletized and shrink-wrapped. Orders shipped via FedEx will receive an automated e-mail with tracking information once shipment leaves our facility.
Once an order has left our facility, Fyre Marketing will not be responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If shipping is delayed on a paid rush order, that portion of the shipping charges will be credited back.
Fyre Marketing will not be held responsible in the event the customer is not available for delivery or the customer refuses delivery.
Fyre Marketing is a web-based business and does not offer order pick-ups, all orders must be shipped from our facility.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
